Back Story
Before coming to the United States, I was accepted at the University of Zambia where I began studying Mining Engineering. I decided to pursue opportunities abroad and transferred to Whitman College to study Computer Science.
This transition from Mining Engineering to Computer Science represented a significant pivot in my educational journey, but it allowed me to pursue my true passion for technology and building software solutions that can impact communities both in the United States and in Africa.
My background in Zambia and experience in the US provides me with a unique perspective that influences my approach to problem-solving and fuels my mission to bridge technological gaps across different communities.
